Kevin was appointed Pastor of GCCF in 2022 by the Indiana United Methodist Church Conference, serving 16 years in churches throughout Indiana and North Carolina. He also spent time working at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY as a Chaplain.

He grew up in South Bend, IN a Notre Dame Football and Chicago Cubs Baseball fan. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master’s of Divinity Degree from Duke University. His pastoral vision is to see the Church work as One Body in Christ, and celebrate the abundance of beauty God created in the world.

Sarah Freeman

Sarah Freeman joined Gateway as our Community Connections Director in May 2024.

Sarah and her husband moved to the Indianapolis area from Hawaii in 2012 and started a family. Their one daughter and a son attend McCordsville Elementary School. Their youngest son attends Gateway Preschool. Sarah has a very busy schedule, but in her spare time she loves to read and enjoys taking hiking trips with her family.

Angelica Rangull

Angelica joined the Gateway staff in July 2024. As a warm and energetic individual, we’re blessed to have her in the role of church administrative assistant. Angelica has a degree in psychology, strives to understand and support the needs of the community. Originally from the coast of California, she loves the beach and vibrant spirit of the west coast. Angelica is married and a proud mother of three children. She cherishes every moment spent with her family and beloved dog.
